With Auto Checkout Nexuz Go, you gain much more agility and practicality in your orders. In a few clicks, your customer places an order, customizes the product, pays, and your restaurant focuses only on production and delivery. That simple!
I was the company's Lead Product Designer and facilitator of this Product Discovery workshop.
The first step was an internal product survey to understand the current scenario and the team's vision of the products and company.
So I used the four-day process called Design Sprint 2.0, which is broken down as follows:
Day 1: Define the challenge and create solutions.
Day 2: Choose a solution and define the prototype.
Day 3: Build a prototype and recruit users.
Day 4: Interview 5 users and materialize user feedback.
Every time I join a new team, I try to answer a few questions before defining a process to improve the product, and there is nothing more assertive for me than the 5W1H framework to have a briefing on important subjects to start on the right path.
