Therefore, I will use the Design Thinking Double Diamond process ↗ where I will Discover and Define the real problems of the target audiences and Develop and Deliver solutions to the issues found based on research and tests carried out throughout this case.

However, companies catching up↗ are successfully overcoming the crisis, causing their revenues to increase compared to the beginning of the pandemic. According to the president of Sebrae, Carlos Melles, small companies that have started to innovate and have changed their business model are maintaining stability thanks to how they operate, betting more on online deliveries and internet services.
